Each day, we wear our masks as a testament to our pride in who we are, blending our rich cultural heritage with the American experience. This mask, reminiscent of those once used to demean, instead symbolizes our strength and resolve. We walk proudly as Puerto Rican Americans, celebrating our identity while confronting the fears that come with it.
